This may be due to how you are sending the attachment. If this is happening, you will probably also notice that the attachment is actually appended to the end of your Email message instead of being sent as a seperate file. Look in your settings for an option referring to "Put Text Attachments in Body of Message", you will need to disable this option. You should be able to find it in the options of your mail program where they are talking about attachments. If you are using Eudora, go to TOOLS --> OPTIONS --> ATTACHMENTS.
